I'm Ian Saunders.

I ran operations for a roofing company in Orlando. My work included dispatching subcontractors, preparing work orders, chasing insurance paperwork and keeping jobs moving.

I started building systems to help with those jobs. That work includes estimates, invoices, subcontractor onboarding, reminders and the workflows connecting them.

Before that, I was a partner in a solar operation, working on the systems behind the sales team: the call center, appointment setting and follow-up.

I have a degree in Industrial Engineering Technology. I look at how work moves through a business, where it gets held up and what people need to carry it through. That's the approach I bring to these builds.

How we'd work together

You work directly with me. I deliver Standard myself, including its AI answering and agreed follow-up, and I am the one you call when something is wrong with it.

I take on one new install a month while I am setting these up for the first contractors. We confirm the work, timing and costs before we start.

It runs on your own accounts and your records are yours. Account access, what an export includes and the handover process are agreed in writing before you pay. Connected services have their own costs.
