The work behind FixTrustPro
Built around the people
doing the work.
My work connects two kinds of experience: running a call-center floor and building the systems a contractor uses to manage jobs.
The contractor job system
I built the job system a roofing and general contracting company in Central Florida runs on. Work orders, subcontractor onboarding and payment, estimates and invoices, scheduling with customer reminders, insurance claim packets, the tools their office and field crews use, and their public website.
I have built operating systems in other industries on the same approach. The contractor version is being packaged for installation at other companies, and the setup, documents and job stages are adapted to the work we agree on.
The sales floor
I ran a team of setters on ReadyMode. Keeping the room moving meant paying attention to small details, including the uncertainty around how our calls were showing up on the other end.
That experience informs how I look at a dialing setup: what the reps use, how numbers are managed and how call outcomes reach the CRM. We check the connection and the information it can record before putting those details in your scope.
What we check for your business
We agree on the work, the accounts involved and the acceptance checks before the build. Then we test the agreed process with your team and train the people who will run it.
Your written scope identifies what you receive, your rights to use it and which services need an active subscription.
