Websites and local search
A clear place to find your business
and take the next step.
When someone asks Google or ChatGPT for a contractor nearby, can they find clear information about what you do and where you work?
I build websites that explain your services, answer customer questions and give people a way to contact you. Every build includes the same search-ready foundation. Choose the page count, writing help and booking tools your business needs.

01 / WHY IT MATTERS
Help customers find
the right information.
A referral may bring someone your name. Your website gives them a place to check your services, see your work and make an inquiry.
Local search
Search can also put business information in front of people who are looking for a service in their area. Google says complete, accurate business information helps it match a business to relevant local searches. Local results also depend on distance and how well known the business is.
How Google describes local rankingAI answers
Search now includes answers assembled from information across the web. Google's AI answers link to supporting pages. OpenAI also describes how accessible website content can appear in ChatGPT search. Clear service descriptions, service areas and useful answers give those systems information to work with. That last point is the practical reason for the way I organize your site.
Google's AI search guidance OpenAI's publisher guidanceSEO, AEO and GEO
You may hear this work called search engine optimization (SEO), answer engine optimization (AEO) or generative engine optimization (GEO). The work here is concrete: make the site accessible, describe the business accurately and answer the questions customers ask.
Search engines and AI services choose which businesses and pages they show. Rankings, recommendations and inquiry volume remain outside the build's promise.
02 / EVERY BUILD
The same search-ready standard
in every build.
The price changes with the pages, writing and connections included. This standard stays the same.
Fast and readable on a phone.
Pages built for customers looking at your services, photos and contact details on a small screen.
Clear business information.
Your services and service area in readable page content, supported by structured data: labels that help Google understand the page. Genuine customer feedback can appear where you have permission to use it.
Google's structured data guidanceA connected Google Business Profile.
The profile links to your site, with consistent business details and the right address or service-area settings.
Your own search data.
Search Console set up under your Google account. See clicks, search appearances and the search terms Google reports for your site.
What Search Console reportsAnswers customers can read.
FAQ content phrased around the questions people actually ask, using facts you approve about your business.

Complete Site requires Website and local search care, which covers its CRM, booking and review request software. Text message and email usage is billed at cost.
04 / A SITE ALREADY RUNNING
A contractor's site, rebuilt.
For a roofing and general contractor in Central Florida, I moved the website onto a setup that can publish the files search engines and AI tools read, brought the public contact details into agreement, made the customer questions and answers readable to search engines and connected Search Console.

Business Tune-Up.
$299one time
$99 for the first three customers.
I correct and complete your Google Business Profile, align your business name, phone and appropriate address or service-area details across your site, profile and the directories we agree on, connect Search Console to your existing site, and set up a simple review request system.
We identify the listings and access needed before starting. You keep the accounts in your name.
Ask Ian about a tune-upQUESTIONS
Questions about
the website work.
How does this relate to the front-office service?
The website packages cover your site, search setup and the inquiry tools listed above. The front-office service has its own scope for estimate follow-up and other office workflows. We can discuss that work if it becomes relevant to your business.
What if I already have a site?
Send me the address and tell me what you want to change. We can look at whether the tune-up covers the work or whether a rebuild fits your needs.
Who supplies the words and photos?
For Launch Site, you supply both. For Business Site and Complete Site, I write the copy from a 30-minute interview and you supply the photos. You check the facts and approve the wording. Every tier includes customer questions and answers within its page allowance.
What does search-ready mean for AI answers?
Your services and service area are clearly described, and your pages are accessible to search systems. Google says its AI search features use the same SEO fundamentals. Each service chooses its own sources and recommendations.
What will I see in Search Console?
Google Search clicks, appearances and reported search terms for your website. Some queries are withheld for privacy. Those figures describe search activity; booking and sales results need their own records.
Do I have to keep paying for care?
Care is optional for Launch Site and Business Site. Complete Site requires Website and local search care, which covers its CRM, booking and review request software. Text message and email usage is billed at cost. Billing starts at launch, with a three-month minimum, then month to month. Small content edits cover up to one hour a month.
What if I need payments or a different booking setup?
Tell me how you want customers to use it. We'll specify the connection, any software charges and the work required in your proposal.
How do we start?
Tell me what you do, where you work and what the site needs to handle. I'll help you choose a scope and put the costs and timing in writing before you pay.
