For the person running the sales floor

Keep the room moving.

The dialer your reps use, with spam protection on every seat. When an incoming call goes unanswered, a configured AI agent can pick up the conversation.

Configured by Ian Saunders for sales teams across the U.S.

THE DIAL. THE CALLBACK. THE NEXT STEP.

Keep the conversation connected.

01 / YOUR REPS

Work the list.

Power or predictive dialing, with call distribution across your number pool. We check which settings fit your team.

02 / THE CALLBACK

Give callers a response.

When your reps do not answer, a configured conversational AI agent can pick up. You define what it handles and what needs a person.

03 / YOUR CRM

Record the outcome.

We check the dialer's call-outcome writeback against your CRM and agree on what gets recorded before the setup goes live.

Capability overview. Routing, agent actions and CRM writeback are configured and tested for your scope.

THE INCOMING-CALL SIDE

When a callback reaches the AI.

A fictional caller returns a call. Follow a sample conversation that leaves a pricing decision to a person.

Scripted illustration of a proposed call flow. This is not a recording of the configured agent.

  1. AI

Thanks for calling FixTrustPro. I'm the AI assistant. How can I help?

  2. Caller

I'm returning Ian's call. It was about the dialer.

  3. AI

What would you like to go over with Ian?

  4. Caller

We have a team of ten. I wanted to know whether it works with our CRM and whether he can do a different price.

  5. AI

Ian will need to check your CRM connection and discuss pricing with you. Which CRM does your team use?

  6. Caller

    Salesforce.

  7. AI

And what would you want working differently from your current setup?

  8. Caller

Mostly what happens when someone calls us back and the reps are busy.

It will not make the judgment calls. We agree which questions and actions the agent can handle and when a person needs to take over.

01 / YOUR CURRENT SETUP

Keep what works.
Look closely at what could work better.

Your reps have a way of working. Before we talk about a different dialer, we look at the tools they use, what they value and where you want a change.

What works

What would you want to keep?

The dialing mode, the CRM connection, the way reps handle calls. We look at the parts of the current setup your team relies on.

What could change

What deserves a closer look?

How numbers are managed, how incoming calls are handled, and what gets recorded after a conversation. We look at the change you want and what it would take to make it.

02 / THE FLOOR

What I set up
for your sales team.

We look at your current tools, the way your reps work and what you want to improve before choosing the setup.

Power and predictive dialing

The platform supports both. We look at how many reps dial together, how campaigns are organized and how calls are answered before choosing the mode and settings.

Calls distributed across your numbers

The system rotates calls across your number pool, with a cap of about 75 dials per number per day. It prefers an available number with the lead's area code.

AI answering for incoming calls

An AI assistant can answer incoming calls. We agree on the questions and actions it can handle, what needs your team's approval, and how those calls are passed along. It will not make the judgment calls.

Call outcomes recorded in your CRM

The dialer supports automatic call-outcome writeback. We check the connection and the information it can record in your CRM before putting those details in your scope.

Desktop and mobile access

Your reps can use the dialer on desktop or mobile. We check the setup on the devices your team will use.

03 / THE LIMITS

What to know
before you change systems.

The costs, responsibilities and limits belong in the conversation before you commit.

Your calling and messaging charges are separate

Calls and messages use your own Twilio account. Those charges are separate from the seat and setup costs. Text messaging registration is also a separate setup requirement.

Number reputation needs its own attention

Rotation controls how calls are distributed. Number registration provides information to the companies that label calls. Neither guarantees that a number will avoid a spam label. We establish which reputation services are included before you buy.

Pickup rates are not guaranteed

I do not promise a pickup rate. Call delivery, your contact list, when you call and the recipient's decision to answer all affect the result.

A switch has to be worth the work

We look at what your current system does well, what you want to change and what your reps would need to learn. Keeping the current setup may be the better decision.

04 / WHO IS DOING THIS

I have run the floor and built the job system.

I ran a team of setters on ReadyMode. Keeping the room moving meant paying attention to small details, including the uncertainty around how our calls were showing up on the other end.

I also built the job system a roofing and general contracting company in Central Florida runs on. Work orders, subcontractor onboarding and payment, estimates and invoices, scheduling with customer reminders, insurance claim packets, the tools their office and field crews use, and their public website.

I have built operating systems in other industries on the same approach. The contractor version is being packaged for installation at other companies.

FROM CONVERSATION TO SETUP

Know what changes.
Know who handles it.

I configure the connections, the dialing setup and the inbound AI agent. We put the responsibilities and costs in writing before you pay.

LOOK AT THE FLOOR

Start with your current setup.

Bring your current dialer and CRM, how many people dial together, and one thing you would want working differently.

AGREE ON THE WORK

Define the connections and boundaries.

We confirm the CRM connection, number registration, incoming-call routing and the questions the AI can handle.

CONFIGURE AND TEST

Check the handoffs.

Setup includes rep accounts, lists, pipelines and calendars, plus testing how incoming calls pass between your reps and the AI agent.

05 / WHAT IT COSTS

$165 per seat per month. $1,500 to set up.

Each seat includes spam protection and about five numbers.

The $1,500 setup applies to every installation. I configure the Twilio and CRM connections, phone numbers, call outcomes, pipelines, calendars, rep accounts and dialing lists. Setup also includes submitting your text messaging registration and registering your numbers with the companies that label calls. It also covers building and configuring the inbound AI agent, agreeing which questions and actions it can handle, and testing how calls pass between your reps and the agent.

Calling and messaging run on your own Twilio account, in your name. Those charges are separate from the seat and setup fees. Text messaging registration is a separate requirement before texting can begin.

We confirm the setup details and costs in writing before you pay.

Remote setup for U.S. sales teams.

For the contractor job system, Standard is $10,000 to set up plus $750 a month. We agree on the scope, schedule and acceptance checks before you pay. See contractor service options for the work included.

Let's look at how your team works today and what you would want working differently. We can go through it on Zoom or arrange a visit where practical.
