When we text you
Only after you have given us your cell number and agreed to be texted. That happens one of two ways: you tell Ian directly, in person or on a call, and he confirms you are happy to be texted before writing the number down; or you give the number when you ask us to get in touch. We do not buy lists, we do not text numbers we were not given directly, and we do not text anyone who did not agree to it.
The agreement covers replies about your inquiry, appointment confirmations and reminders, and updates about work in progress. It does not cover marketing from anyone else, because your number never reaches anyone else.
What we send
Replies to something you asked, appointment confirmations and reminders, and updates about work in progress. Message frequency varies with what is happening with your inquiry or project.
Stopping
Reply STOP to any message and the texts end. You will get one confirmation that it worked and then nothing further. Reply HELP for help, or call (321) 455-5312.
Stopping the texts does not cancel anything else. If work is booked, it is still booked, and someone will phone or email you instead.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your plan. We do not charge you for messages.
Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Hours
We send between 8am and 8pm in your local time, worked out from your address.
Your information
Mobile numbers given for text messaging are used to text you and are not sold, rented, or shared with anyone for their marketing. See the privacy policy.
